Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. We ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Shipping Policy

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns

 

Refund policy

At The Original Don Tolman, we only offer returns on faulty goods within 7 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us online. If your return is accepted, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Change of mind

We do not currently offer refunds for change of mind.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
